Hypnotisia

The script library

Fifteen sessions, in your own voice

The free session on this site is one protocol. This is the whole library — fifteen complete self-hypnosis sessions, written word for word to be recorded and kept.

Why your own voice

Recorded sessions from strangers work, but not as well as they should. A voice you don't know is a voice you keep half-listening to — assessing the accent, the pacing, the slight theatricality that most commercial recordings carry.

Your own voice bypasses all of that. It is the one you have been taking instructions from your entire life, and it arrives without a layer of evaluation in front of it. These scripts are written to be spoken by you, with the pauses marked, the pacing indicated, and nothing you would be embarrassed to say out loud.

What's in it

Plus a full recording guide: how to pace a session, where the pauses go, how to build the three anchors without contaminating them, and which sessions depend on which.

PDF, 165 pages. Download link on the confirmation page and in your receipt email, straight after payment. Yours to keep and to record. If it isn't useful to you, write to me within 30 days and I'll refund it — no explanation needed.

What this is not

It is not audio. You record it — that is the point, and it is why it costs $15 rather than $79.

It is not a treatment. These sessions are useful for sleep onset, everyday stress, focus, rehearsal, and small behavioural changes you already want to make. They are not a treatment for depression, trauma, an anxiety disorder, or a diagnosed sleep disorder, and the pack says so in the sessions where it matters most.

And it is not a course with a login. It's a file. You buy it, you download it, and nothing recurs.

Who wrote it

Written by Dr Tchekirine, a general practitioner, drawn from the same manuscript as the free material on this site. Every session marks whether its technique is traditional, Ericksonian-inspired, or hybrid — so you always know what you are practising rather than being handed something mysterious.

The sessions that touch clinical ground carry their limits inside the recorded text, not buried in a preface: the pain session says that undiagnosed pain needs assessment before technique; the nicotine session names the treatments that actually work best and positions itself alongside them; the eating session is explicitly not for anyone with an eating disorder.

That is unusual in this field, and it is deliberate.

Try before you buy

The five-minute sleep session on this site is free, needs no account, and is built on the same principles. If it does nothing for you, this pack won't either — and you should keep your $15.

Common questions

What format is it?

A single PDF. The download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives in your receipt email straight after payment. Readable on a phone, a tablet, or printed. No app, no account, no login.

Do I need recording equipment?

The voice memo app already on your phone is enough, and better than most people expect. The recording guide covers the few things that genuinely matter: speak about twice as slowly as normal conversation, observe the pauses instead of cutting them, and record in one take.

Can I use these with clients?

The licence covers personal use. If you are a practitioner and want to use them in your work, or translate them, write to me — that is usually straightforward to arrange.

Is there a refund?

Yes, within 30 days, no explanation needed. Write to the contact address and it's done.
