Worth writing about
- A technique that did not work as described. This is the most useful mail I receive. Tell me the step where it broke down and the page it was on.
- A factual error. Corrections are made on the page and noted with the review date.
- Translation and licensing. Requests to translate or reuse material, or to publish a session in another language.
- Books, apps, and purchases. Anything about an order, a licence key, or a file that will not download.
Two things I cannot do by email
Personal clinical advice. I cannot assess a symptom, a medication, a diagnosis, or a sleep problem over email, and it would not be safe to try. Those belong with a professional who can examine you and knows your history.
